How do we travel between sites?
We use two brand-new minibuses and one sedan (all very recent) to ensure comfort and safety during travel.
Are the vehicles air-conditioned?
Yes, all our vehicles are very recent and high-end, and therefore equipped with efficient air-conditioning systems.
What is the seating capacity?
Our minibuses are limited to 8 passenger seats, and our sedan has 3 seats (excluding the driver in both cases).
What equipment is installed in the vehicles?
Our minibuses are equipped with a fridge and a high-end audio system so you can clearly hear the guide’s explanations during transit.
Is lunch included in the tour price?
No, lunch is never included in our small group tour prices. You are free to choose your own lunch (please refer to our recommended local spots in your itinerary).
Can you pick us up from the train station, airport, or hotel?
This service is only available for our private tours. Small group tours depart and return to the Avignon Tourist Office.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, we provide child seats to ensure the safety of our younger passengers. Please inform us when booking.
Are the tour times fixed?
Times are indicative and may be adjusted during the winter time period (generally late October to late March), as the sun sets earlier. Tours will then start 30 minutes earlier.
How will we recognize our guide at the meeting point?
We ensure a seamless and friendly personal welcome! Your expert guide, Gordana, Émilie, or Éric, will be waiting for you with a smile at the agreed-upon meeting location. To easily gather our small group, we will recognize you by calling out the name under which the tour was booked.
